Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Ed worked in investor relations at UBS. Previously, he worked at another executive search firm for more than four years.Education:

Ed earned a postgraduate certificate in international business from St Mary’s University and a bachelor’s degree in history from Nottingham University.
