Dennis is the partner-in-charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ Boston office and global managing partner of the Technology Officers Practice.

Dennis Baden is also a member of the Financial Services, Technology, and Digital Officers practices. Dennis has worked with a wide variety of clients, particularly in the recruitment of senior technology and operations executives for banks, hedge funds, asset managers, and insurance companies, as well as chief executives and general managers for the utilities and software/solutions providers that support the industry.

Recent assignments range from recruiting chief executives, chief operations officers and chief information officers to heads of development, data, digital, operations, security, infrastructure and architecture. While his focus has been on financial services, Dennis has a track record of recruiting top technology talent across all industries.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Dennis was a corporate associate at the top global law firm Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky & Popeo P.C. In that capacity, Dennis focused on venture capital financings, mergers & acquisitions and securities law.

Prior to law school, Dennis worked as a recruiter at a boutique technology recruiting firm in New York City where he focused on senior level technology roles across multiple industries.Education:

Dennis earned a JD from Boston College Law School and a BA in history from the University of Pennsylvania.
