David Clary is responsible for developing and leading all business support functions for the firm’s integrated consulting offerings including client operations, staffing, process management, and cost management. Working closely with the finance director, he analyzes and leads improvement solutions for pipeline yield, project profitability, staff utilization, and client satisfaction.
David’s career in professional services spans more than 20 years. Most recently, he served as senior vice president, client services, for Procurian, now a business unit within Accenture LLP. As a founding member of the firm, prior to Procurian’s sale to Accenture, David held a number of key roles including leading the firm’s consulting business, the European business unit and global program management. He was instrumental is transforming the business from a consulting-heavy service provider to a true, knowledge-based business process outsourcing firm through innovative product development and implementation of a scalable, process-driven delivery model.
Prior to Procurian, David held positions with increasing levels of responsibility in A.T. Kearney’s management consulting business where he focused on operations strategy and cost reduction across a variety of industries including financial services, transportation, consumer products and industrial. He started his career as the assistant corporate treasurer at Forbo International in Zurich, Switzerland with responsibility for business modeling, planning, financial analysis and cash management. David holds a BS degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA with honors from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, in the Netherlands.
