Chris Careccia is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York and Miami offices and a member of the Global Technology & Services Practice. He focuses on strategy, operations, and next-generation digital and technology senior executive and partner searches within the management consulting and technology sectors including public and private equity-backed companies.

With a thoughtful and coherent approach honed over the past 20 years in consulting and leadership talent roles, Chris advises clients on identifying and attracting talent with an emphasis on cultural fit, and diversity and inclusion. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Chris was a partner in the professional services practice at a leading executive search firm, focusing on senior-level placements for major consulting firms, alternative investment (private equity and hedge funds), and internal strategy organizations across multiple sectors including financial services, health, energy, industrials, and high-tech.

Earlier in his career, Chris was a principal and head of executive recruiting for the global management consulting firm Booz & Company (Strategy& PwC) where he was instrumental in advising senior leaders across the entire talent management value chain. Chris also held various search and leadership roles placing technical talent in a variety of industries.Education:

Chris earned his bachelor’s degree in food and resource economics with a specialization in agribusiness management from the University of Florida in Gainsville.
