Prior to joining Diversified Search in 2018, Baker was most recently a Practice Analyst for Korn Ferry International, based in Dallas, Texas. There, she managed both executive search and market intelligence operations, monitored department goals and objectives, contributed to marketing content, and was responsible for global research and knowledge management initiatives within her practice. In 2016, she was recognized by the firm as the Best Research Knowledge Management Team Player in North America.
Baker began her career in the executive search industry as a practice coordinator at EWKP, previously Ray and Berndston/A.T. Kearney Executive Search, in Fort Worth. While there she served in the key role of coordinating data, strategy, research, and daily operations of the life sciences recruitment team.
