In his more than 25 years as a corporate executive, strategic business partner and entrepreneur, Brian has led organizations through transformational change that enabled results people never thought were possible. He was previously regional vice president for Development Dimensions International, and led the global HR and shared services benchmarking practices for The Hackett Group. As a senior vice president of human resources, Brian designed, developed, and implemented strategic HR plans aligned to the organization’s strategy.
Brian has consulted with Fortune 100 companies as well as start-up organizations. His expertise includes strategy development, executive coaching, benchmarking, culture shaping, individual and organizational assessment, leadership development and talent management.
Brian also teaches human resources at Cleveland State University and is an internationally recognized speaker and author on culture shaping, HR strategy, HR measurement, and organization and leadership development.Education:
Brian earned a master of business administration degree from Roosevelt University. He received bachelor of science degrees in business education and business administration from Illinois State University, and received his SPHR certification.
