Anne Rockey is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Chicago office and a member of the Global Consumer Markets Practice. A proven marketer and strategic innovator with rich experience building brands for several of the world’s largest and most respected companies, she has first-hand experience in leading, assembling, developing and mentoring high-performance individuals and cross-functional teams. Anne has partnered with clients across the Fortune 500, private equity, as well as venture-backed start-ups to recruit key talent in CEO, CMO, and other senior leadership roles in marketing, sales, and general management.

Prior to joining Heidrick, Anne was an executive vice president of Leo Burnett, one of the leading global advertising agencies. For more than 15 years, she led sizable global relationships with highly visible consumer brands across a number of industries.

Throughout her career, Anne has been recognized for her strategic leadership and ability to be a trusted advisor to C-suite, CEO and board level clients. With her unique set of client experiences, she is particularly knowledgeable about complex digital transformations and non-traditional consumer engagements as well as top tier, classical brand strategy and marketing.

Anne currently serves on the board of trustees of the Latin School of Chicago, the University of Chicago Cancer Research Foundation Women’s Board, and is a sustaining member of the Guild Board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago.Education:

Anne received her bachelor’s in economics with honors from Trinity College in Connecticut and studied at the London School of Economics.
