Andrew Fein is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office and a member of the global Financial Services Practice. He works with real assets and related clients such as private equity firms, hedge funds, REITs, institutional investors, investment banks, developers, family offices, among others. He also focuses on strategic assignments with foundations and non-profits.

Andrew recruits executives for senior management roles such as chief executive officers, chief investment officers, chief operating officers, chief financial officers, heads of development, research, design and construction, acquisitions, asset management, corporate real estate, and capital raising as well as managing directors, executive directors, principals, and portfolio managers across various real estate and related functions. He also helps clients with their functional real estate needs including as corporations and retail tenants.

Andrew has directed many international assignments, filling individual positions and building teams in South America, India, Spain, Hong Kong, the U.K. and Abu Dhabi.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Andrew was a director at a leading global executive search firm in their financial services practice where he helped grow the real estate practice. Previously, he worked at two boutique executive search firms, both specializing in real estate.Education:
