Amanda Worthington is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Chicago office and Co-Leader of our Global Consumer Products Sector. With a keen eye to shareholder value and culture fit, her expertise spans nearly a decade in high-level executive search and human capital consulting in a variety of consumer sectors, including branded durable goods, sporting goods and leisure, food and beverage, retail, and services.
With clients ranging from privately held and private equity-backed small- and mid-caps to the Fortune 500, Amanda focuses on senior operating roles within both high growth and turnaround situations. Functionally, she specializes in strategy, marketing, product innovation and development, sales, and end-to-end supply chain. She has additional expertise with founder-driven and family-owned entities, advising CEOs and their advisors through times of ownership or generational shifts and leadership transitions.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Amanda was a managing partner at a multinational search firm focusing on consumer, retail, and industrial sectors. She is a member of the academic honor society Phi Beta Kappa, and she acts as the membership chair for Loyola University Chicago’s National Alumni Advisory Board.
