Adrienne Martasin is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Los Angeles office and a member of the global Private Equity, Financial Officers, and Financial Services practices.  She focuses on chief operating officer and chief financial officer searches predominantly for private equity-backed companies. In addition, Adrienne executes principal, VP, operating partner, and investor relations searches for private equity funds.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles in 2005, Adrienne led another executive search firm’s Los Angeles research department. She started her career in executive search at a boutique firm focused on senior level placements for early stage venture backed companies.Education:

Adrienne earned a BA in physical anthropology and psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
